Marine-grade lumber, galvanized hardware, decades of life. Pile-driven foundations.
Fort Loudoun runs from the Knoxville waterfront down to the Fort Loudoun Dam — 14,600 acres of heavy residential shoreline and ~6 feet of seasonal drawdown. We design, permit, and build the full catalog across the lake.
Fort Loudoun is the uppermost mainstem TVA reservoir on the Tennessee River, impounded by the Fort Loudoun Dam in 1943. 14,600 surface acres stretch 50 miles from Knoxville's waterfront down to the dam, with a connecting canal to Tellico Lake.
Heavy residential dock activity through Knoxville, Louisville, and Lenoir City, plus significant seasonal drawdown, make floating docks our most-installed build here. Fixed docks suit the deeper, more protected coves.
